Customer success manager

We are currently looking for a talented customer success manager to assist with Smirta's rapidly growing client base. In this role, you will be responsible for directly engaging and interacting with the customers. You will also collaborate with the leadership internally.

Key responsibilities

  • Account management of existing clients
  • Assist with implementations to include coordination of meetings with clients, help with project management, training, sales presentations, and demos
  • Participate in conferences, events, will require travel (once or twice a month)
  • Assist with marketing communications
  • Assist in the sales process

Qualifications / skills

  • Bachelor's in communications, BA, MHA,BHA
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • PMP certification or PM experience a plus
  • Operational experience in cancer treatment centers a plus
  • Experience with EMR/EHR software and other IT solutions a plus
Mid-level software developer

As a Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on Smirta's OncoSmart suite of products. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product line.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to create user-friendly and efficient solutions
  • Design and implement in-house software tools
  • Assist lead developers in enhancing Smirta's core applications
  • Fix software bugs identified by customers in a timely manner
  • Work on process improvement and automation

Qualifications / skills

  • Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent with at least 3 years industry experience in software design and implementation
  • Master's in computer science or equivalent with at least 1 year industry experience in software design and implementation
  • Strong understanding of scalable software design principles
  • Good programming experience in Java and Python
  • Strong experience with SQL. Knowledge of other databases such as MongoDB and MariaDB preferred
  • Experience developing Dokku applications is a plus
  • Experience designing good UI/UX web interfaces a plus
Junior DevOps engineer

As a DevOps Engineer at Smirta, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our development and deployment workflows. You'll collaborate closely with development teams to automate processes, ensure scalability, and improve system reliability. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and success of our projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the development team to merge merge and test the software
  • Plan and execute software updates
  • Manage client specific configurations
  • Setup and monitor database, and server backup and restore plans
  • Establish and maintain client interfaces

Qualifications / skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like...
  • Working knowledge of Amazon AWS infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
